We have been with them for over a year now. It's been great. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. We rarely sit still, they are very good at finding loads or putting us into a freight lane. Avoid. At one point this was a very good company.nSadly not the case any more.nIn response to the reply from the owner...been trucking since 99. Never have I seen a less driver friendly company.nDriver avoid this comany.nPoor dispatching....poor driver management.nSaftey will modify your driving logs....without your knowledge.....nNice orientation though...if you dont mind 3rd rate motels.

I have nothing against the company. However, watch your back if you see truck number 334. That driver is very dangerous. He cuts people off regardless of how safe or unsafe the conditions are and regardless of the distance between you and him. I just called the safety department giving notice of his activities. I hope they talk to him and set him straight.

Company is going through a lot of changes and an adjustment in the leadership is proving to be beneficial. Response time is getting better as the sales team grows to more than one dedicated salesperson. Dispatch is aggressively working to improve on how quickly they communicate information from client to driver and vice versa. If you've done business with Tri-State in the past and were unsatisfied I highly recommend giving them another shot, along with letting them know what you didn't/don't like. As I said before, they're going through a lot of changes, now's the chance to get exactly what you're looking for as they are looking to be the best of the best in the eyes of their customers and employees.
