Ive always loved Panera. However, I do not know why its so expensive.
Pleasant enough experience. A bit surreal due to the COVID rules, but functional. Ordered coffee by phone and it was relatively quickly delivered. The only reason for not putting five stars is that it didn't wow me in any way, it was just functional.
Convenient for our morning routine and we love the mango smoothies. Our food order is often slightly different from what we've ordered. Recommend ordering through the app if possible.
My comment is towards the Panera Bread store located at 1030 Main St in Waltham MA.nnI went to the restaurant to purchase some bakery products. I was surprised to see people working there getting the products from the shelf without wearing the gloves. Although she did use the wrapping paper to pick up the muffins and croissants, I don’t think the plastic gloves can be skipped for someone who works as a cashier, especially in this peak COVID period.nnI hope Panera can train their workers properly in food handling.
Coffee was out of this world. Light roast skim milk and 2 sugars!! Perfect.
