I hired this company to do a move job for me on short notice . Not only were they able to meet my time frame they did it at a reasonable price! The men worked very hard on a hot hot day. I will never use them again. Scheduled a move with them and they never showed up. Kept reassuring me that they were running late, but would be there. By 5pm, he shut off his phone and would not take my calls. So very unprofessional and inconsiderate of others. Had to find another mover at the last minute. I do not reccomend these movers.
Two weeks ago Masson movers came to move me the men asked how i was doing and i explained that i had fallen and was enable to finish packingnwell it was odd and ends my be 4 to 5 boxes to go so one man made a call 2 more people show up with boxesnThe next thing i knew we are leaving to go to the new apartmentnI was amazed on how fast and quick they are and nothing was brokennnThank you Mr Masson and Staff for a great movennPlease remeber alway be ready to movenHave everything packed and it will be a great experience
As the owner of Masson movers in all my years of business I never cancel jobs in my 36 years in business. I am a small business owner and book more than one job a day. I tell my customers a range of times and may be a little late of the desired time. I always get the job done.
Beware- Dont trust they will be there if you have an appointment. They cancelled on us at 2pm for a 4pm appointment. When asked if they could come the next day, they said sorry booked up. Very rude, and they didnt care.
