Very poor service! Every time I am to receive a delivery from them it is late and they try to say it is weather related. So far this delivery is 3 days late and the last one was 2 weeks late. UPS however is able to deliver every time on time and they even seem to make deliveries the same days fed ex was expected to be here but couldn’t make it.

Significant other worked here. Absolutely unprofessional about anything! It’s been over a week that he has left this job and still have not received his paycheck. They told him they would sue if he didn’t bring back his uniform, that he was told to bring to them to get his last paycheck, but changed their minds and told him he needs to bring it in before he gets his paycheck . He’s been calling about his paycheck and no one wants to answer or call him back!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I called to ask a very simple question and the lady on the phone was very rude after I asked my question she must have thought she hung up because she said “Jesus Christ” in a very annoyed tone. If you aren’t going to have respect for the customers especially for such a simple request as asking where my package is and if it would be delivered today then don’t work at FedEx

They have had my packages on the truck 3 days in a row and still have not delivered them. They are using weather as an excuse but I live on a state highway. The roads have been clean. I called customer service and was guaranteed they would be delivered today. They lied. I have not had so much trouble getting something more than with fedex.
