The employees were awesome to work with. Very accommodating and very kind. Flexible time frame too. Never felt locked in or pressured. Very understanding.
The lady at the facility I dealt with was nice and courteous. But the companies business practices are sub-standard. Would not recommend.nnI rented a storage unit and a parking space online. There was no information provided besides “0x20x0” for the space. The next morning I went in during business hours to view what I’d chosen. The parking space was inadequate for my needs so I opted to cancel that. Even though I had not used it, and was forced to pay for it online, and had it for less than 24 hours, I was told that no refund of any amount would be given. I’ll be cancelling out of my other uniting and moving to another business

Frankie is an awesome person, patient, very helpful and determined to not let the customer leave until they're satisfied. If there is a reward for customer satisfaction she should definitely get it.
