Called about a load from Youngstown oh to Mapleton ga that they had posted with a 3k rate. Guy awnsered the phone claiming a carrier called and offered to do it for 2500 would I do it for less. Beware, they will sell the load out from under you in a heartbeat and lie out their teeth.nnI did talk to Luke who seemed legitimately unhappy with the actions of the broker agent. After a decent conversation I feel he will truly address the issue and use it to train agents properly and try and improve relationships with carriers. Thank you Luke.nnFor the out reach and path the conversation went, I changed the star rating from 1 to 3 to give a neutral rating. I truly hope we can try again soon
Never have I left a negative review but they really deserve it. Two bad experiences within a week. Never again....
We had a problem load but James C. stuck with it through the whole time and always took my calls also including Katie in customer service so I was very impressed with them and triple T how they handled the problem and will be happy to continue to do business with them.
