We first found this store four years ago when we were looking for an organic crib mattress for our son. The store is really clean and has more than one brand of mattresses to choose from. The people who work there are extremely helpful (especially Michael) and know their stuff. They don’t try to pressure you to buy, but they do provide lots of help if you need it and leave you alone to try the mattresses for as long as you want. We ended up buying a twin-size mattress for our son and a king-size mattress for ourselves recently. The delivery was smooth, easy, and professional. When we ran into a small issue with our bed size, we contacted Michael and he helped us solve the problem! As you can tell, we are big fans of this store. It’s hard to find stores today with high quality products and great customer service like The Organic Mattress in Sudbury.

We came across this store when we were looking for an organic/natural mattress and we are glad that this store was the first we visited. We could not be happier with the entire experience and most importantly the mattress - it has no smell whatsoever and is extremely comfortable, it is made in US and is actually less expensive then what we have purchased in the past. The customer service is superb. Our rep was Michael and he was fantastic not only in helping us to choose a right product but also in responding promptly to our e-mails as we have decided to order through them a set of silk sheets as well. We can't wait to try them. Go to this store without any hesitation!
