Great experience! I was helping my daughter move out of her apartment and needed help with the actual loading of her furniture and boxes into our U-haul. They came on time worked fast and loaded everything very professionally and securely.nI highly recommend this company!
Liam and Nick were very professional and courteous. They worked quickly and didn’t waste time during the move. They even came back another day to finish moving a treadmill they weren’t able to get on my original moving day at no charge! I would definitely recommend Twin’s Moving!!!
I needed two people to move furniture and bins across the street and from floor-to-floor in the house. I called four companies that advertised hourly rates and they all had 2-4 hr minimums (and some an additional truck fee), except Twin's who gave me an estimate for 1.5 hours, so I scheduled with them. They kept in touch, arrived on time, stayed in motion while they were here -- they were pleasant to be around the whole time -- and they finished the job in 1 hour! I'm thrilled to have go-to movers now and will happily recommend them to people I know.
If I could give them 6 stars, I would without hesitation! The entire team delivered exceptional customer service! Fast and reliable. I could go on and on! I will never pay for a Uhaul ever again!
I used Twin's Moving for moving furniture and misc. items out of a 4th story walk up (no elevator) onto a trailer that I provided - I had a great experience! There was easy communication, 2 guys showed up on time and let me know when we hit 1 hour so I was fully aware of cost with no surprise charges/fees. They also provided moving blankets even though they were not responsible for the unpacking, then came and picked them up a couple days later, so I didn't have to drop them off anywhere. I'd definitely use Twin's Moving services again!
