After years of membership, still unable to find a good time to go without crowds

Most Costco’s are great and this one is no exception. Always find what you need and all employees are very helpful. I have found some interesting things here, like a Japanese Wagyu New York Strip ($99/lb). Maybe one day, but for now, will stick to regular items.nnDon’t come here if not expecting to spend more than $100 every time. And... you will probably leave with something you were not planning on buying.

I do not recommend costco. We've had a membership for years, no problem. We bought a TV online through them. Our bank stopped the transaction. We called Costco. They said order didn't go through, we didn't receive an email with confirmation number, they told us to resubmit another order after calling bank to ensure order would go through. We do that and all of a sudden we have two orders in our email and they take both out of our bank. Roughly a total of 5 grand. We call Costco and they said it will be between 5-7 business days. Our bank said not to use our account until its taken care of so we have no access to money until then. We waited on hold for 20 minutes, transferred 6 times on phone for them to tell us there's nothing they can do. So no gas/ grocery until its taken care of. We asked if they could do 50 dollar gift card to get us by until money goes back in. Nothing. This is unacceptable.

Great quality Very professional and courteous employees. Highly recommended. I second the other review. Please please don’t close/shutdown the photo department from april25 like other stores

Love checking out all the unique seasonal merchandise & tasty snacks. Always ends my trip with a Costco Hot Dog Combo ud83dude0b. Really shows they care about customers to keep it at such a great value. ud83dudc4dud83cudffc
