Very few shoppers. As of today the dressing rooms are closed!
I just found three dresses there that I like and bought. I went to Target and I couldn't believe there was only one dress for me. I did take two home trued them on and we'll I'm toking them back today. HOWEVER they have a great manager. He helped. Very nice person to deal with.
I went to pick up an online order and exchange it. I'd called in the day before had had it held to exchange it the day I picked up. It was fast and easy! I was in and out in 3 minutes.
I love Kohl's but I'm irked they don't have a single dressing room open. I had to buy bras and I'm not going to pay 50 bucks for a bra and get it all the way home only find out it doesn't fit right. So that's very annoying. Otherwise store was clean workers were very helpful and since I went at 10:00 in the morning it was ghost Town so there's no lines.
I am comfortable shopping here during the pandemic. Employees are at the entrance for pick up, which can also be done curbside. They also have sanitizer at the entrance and check that people have masks. Shopping in the store seems safe and much like normal, other than the dressing rooms are closed. I am impressed with Kohl's commitment to safety.
