I guess I'm not supposed to expect much from one of these stores, but no matter what type of establishment, I expect cleanliness and a sense of order/organization. This store didn't have either. Items just dispersed about in aisles and it feels like there's no rhyme or reason to how things are organized. The lines were also out of control. I like stores that seem like they care.
Worst costumer service ever!! Her name was Destiny and was VERY rude to me. I have a medical condition and haven't been outside the house in months. Got the exemption from my doctor and I wanted to go in and out.. I showed her my exemption card and she just kept telling me to just leave and being really rude. She asked the manager and manager understood and told her to check me out. The whole time she kept saying nasty remarks. Funny thing is she had a mask on that said EQUALITY... She definitely did not treat me equal.nAnd she wasn't wearing it properly it wasn't even covering her nose.nI was nice in the beginning but she really made me sad cause I never get out. :/ Worst experience... Please don't go there.
Awesome store..found what I needed. But it is quite bare and has been since it opened. The one in Atlanta was way better..BUT I am just glad we have one.
I have loved Rose stores for several years while living in Colorado. Happy to see they brought some to Ohio. So far of all the Ross stores I've been to WASHINGTON DC Ross is my favorite
First time in here, found some pretty cool shirts on the discount rack. I'll be back.
