The amount of packages I've had delivered from FedEx that come damaged is absurd. I can only imagine that the workers just hazardously throw packages on to the truck with no regard of what's fragile and what isn't. The only good thing I can say about them is the packages are usually delivered on time. But what good is that when the package I received is damaged or broken? If I'm having something soft like a hoodie being delivered I feel fine. If I see FedEx's name as my carrier and I have something like light bulbs? I'll already start to feel anxious...
I worked there for a week after realizing they purposely put in a work area that is not for women. I never GOT PAID THURSDAY 03/18/2021 I WAS TOLD MY PAYCHECK WAS SHIPPED EVERY TIME I CALLED I NEVER SPOKE TO A REAL PERSON JUST PN HOLD FOR HOURS I JUST WANT MY MONEY THEY WERE RUDE AND THEY LIED TO ME AND I NEVER GOT PAID !!!!

My hearing impaired nephew works here. FedEx has been very good to him. He truly enjoys working there.
They told me a couple different things instead of the exact way that I could pick up my package so I was a little confused that’s why I’m giving a four-star to the ground service however when I went to pick up my package at the Fed Ex facility they were great, very helpful on the phone as well!
