Their sales person nick lied to us about warranties and sold me a bad truck that’s been in the shop 3-4 times within two weeks of having it. The “VP” and sales manager do not even want to hear about the issues. Long as they can get a truck out of their lot that’s all they care about. No effective communication has been made from Nick ever since the truck was driven off the lot. Don’t buy your trucks here, your truck will never leave the shop. They sell bad trucks and lie to your promising warranties that don’t exist.
Great staff. Everyone is willing to help. Great dog area, though the trees not giving shade is not great. Always parking for trailers and bobtails! WITH wifi access in MOST spaces.
There's always parking here and the lot is smoother than Indianapolis or Columbus, however the shop doesn't have anyone in it on overnight, the trailer shop doesn't have any mechanics on 2nd shift, there's no shuttles on the weekends. You can get a shower whenever, but the inside of the showers are more slippery than the floors everywhere else in the building and the provided towels feel like sandpaper
Out of all the terminals this Springfield location is the most difficult. It has everything to do with the guardshack. Just about anytime you bring a trailer in there they ALL need an inspection so if it's loaded you have to wait for that. If you are trying to get in & out in a timely manner, good luck.
