The general manager Alex, was very professional very courteous Kama and ferry knowledgeable. Anytime I ran into a logistical issue on my side he would provide a solution. If I memory need Au haul and I'm in town I will definitely use this location.
They were nice speaking, but my 9:00 appointment that they told me would take 30-45 minutes took 2hrs and 30 minutes. When I came up to ask them if it was ready after 45 minutes they said they hadn’t even touched it yet. All it was for was a wiring installation on an SUV. I’ll just do it myself next time rather than sit in their waiting area for the most part of a Saturday.
My boyfriend rented a truck for 2 days and it was so dirty inside, candy wrappers, animal hair and it smelled like smoke. I rent a Penske truck about every week for work and they are clean. U-haul needs to step it up.
2.5 Stars.nMade a reservation over the phone, then spent 39 minutes at the location while what's his name figures out the computer and you repeat everything you believe that you already accomplished on the phone.nnVehicles are filthy, so take Lysol, Clorox, something. Your welcome.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I canceled a Doctor's appointment to arrive ON TIME for my 10:30am hitch installation. I arrived early only to find out the person scheduled ahead of me was 45 minutes late! U Haul kept this person in front of me, totally screwing my schedule! They didn't pull my vehicle into the bay until 2 hours past my scheduled time! Maybe I'll send the owner an invoice for wasting my time! This will be the last time I use U Haul of Springfield, Ohio for anything! Deserves ZERO STARS in my book! Ended up waiting 3.5 hours!!! ud83dude21
