Booked a load with Tracy Charles/ the owner of this company. Driver arrived on time and was told that his load is canceled. I called the broker immediately and he said give me some time. After 1 hour i called him again and told him that driver was told to leave the property and just to please pay us TONU. That's when he strarted yelling and cussing and having a very bad attitude. He refused pay the driver and told him to f. off and leave. Very bad broker/ company /owner stay away from it.
