Taxes are MORE THAN DOUBLE WHAT MY STATE TAXES ALLOW. Almost TRIPLE WHAT STATE TAXES ARE IN OHIO! SHIPPING IS MORE THAN DOUBLE WHAT IT WOULD COST WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE. This is why people shop on AMAZON. This is a way to ensure that your company will sooner later end up like KMART.
Worst place to work at!!!! When hired tell you one schedule you will be working and then change without advising you. When you leave they take their good time paying you for PTO that you earn to you!!! Never will recommend anyone to work there!!!!!
I ordered mens slippers and I received ladies dress shoes . The packing slip was for mens slippers. I called twice and each time they didn't apologize. And they were calling from Belize.nI asked for a supervisor but they weren't there.nI'll NEVER order from these people again. They couldn't take a lesson in customers service from Q V C

But I've also recommended that my friends & family do the same.nnNow I've discovered that customer service has taken a turn for the worse, from a company I've enjoyed for nearly 20 years. Detail and attention to service on my recent experience has caused me to shop elsewhere; very disppointed. And now warn others so they lower their expectations if they elect to shop here.nnNow on my 3rd call seeking answers and nothing. I almost can't believe the lengths I'm going through, to get some confirmation that it's an isolated incident. It's been wonderful until now. But they say all good things must come to an end.
