Had a 60 min stress reliever massage.nLiked: Good service and amenities. Cleanliness. Spacious treatment rooms. Massage tables. Sauna, steam, jet shower. Body scrubs. Use of the pool. Free parking.nDidn’t Like: The masseuse didn’t focus on my specific problem areas and just went on with her routine. Not sure if that’s her, or the overall way at the Ritz, but I prefer a treatment where the masseuse is sensitive to a client’s request especially for the pricey treatment. $5 extra dollars for a deeper massage is silly. Don’t go on a Saturday afternoon if you want to use the pool as it becomes a “day camp” full of kids.

There is nothing that can be said about the Ritz. It's THE RITZ. You are treated like royalty and service is incredible. Really loved it.

We’ll always pay up for value and are spa aficionados. The facilities are gorgeous but the service is lackadaisical, and “deep tissue” massages were half-hearted. Disappointing. Not at all worth the price.

The SPA is everything you think it is. Highly recommend the couples massage.
