Saratoga Springs Float Spa

I had always been interested in trying out a deprivation sensory tank and until recently I was a little too nervous to try it out. All I can say is I wish I hadn’t waited so long and I very quickly learned my fear of being in an isolation tank was overblown and self-created in my own mind. It wasn’t nerve-racking at all once I got in there. The owner, I believe his name is Tyler, was wonderful and fully walked my through the entire process from preparing to actually getting in the float tank. It was an amazing experience and I’ve already gone back because it’s worth it. It has an immediate positive effect on my physical pain and even mentally I had a boost lasting several days. It is hands down the most relaxing experience I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend Saratoga Float Spa and I can’t wait to try a biomat session after my next float.

A friend had told me about his experience in a float sensory deprivation tank which had me excited to try floating for myself. When I found out the cost was less than my weekly massage it was a no brainer. Admittedly it was a little nerve-racking before I started my session as I had never experienced zero sensory before. It is very difficult to explain how powerful having no senses is to your body and mind. I am constantly getting texts, phone calls, and emails and always feel attached to my phone but while inside the float tank there is zero distractions, it is simply just me and my thoughts. No sense of smell, touch, taste, sight, and only hearing my own heartbeat is freeing. The place is cozy and welcoming and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ve been back a few times already and I plan to continue to visit this amazing place right in downtown Saratoga. Highly recommend trying it out if you haven’t. Or if you have tried the other places in the area like Requiescent Float Center you will be pleasantly surprised at how much better the attitude and experience is at Saratoga Float Spa.

Amazing experience, atmosphere and owners. Do not hesitate to go. No matter what you do there, you will walk out feeling so much better. All worth it!

Great experience and will be going back in the near future

As someone who's walking and lifting a lot for work it was very refreshing. After my session my back and knees felt like new. Will be back for sure.
