They drinks and customer service are awful. The lady always has an attitude problem and ignored you when you are speaking to her. But, the younger gentleman is nice and always willing to redo your drink.
Get rid of those paper straws they make more trash and energy to make so it makes no sense

The opening time is listed as 5:30, I was here at 6:10 am and they were still closed and employees saw me waiting outside. I had to go to another dunkins that was open on time.
