When you're on a family road trip and take a detour for the traditional Dunkin' run, you would expect it to be a pleasant and satisfying experience. However, my family and I received the opposite of that. The service was terrible, from someone screaming at my son when he simply asked for iced water and making multiple drinks incorrectly numerous times. The food we ordered came out cold: the Snackin' Bacon was cold and limp, my son's bacon-egg-and cheese bagel was cold and the cheese was unmelted and cold. At the end of our experience we were asked if we had everything and when telling one of the workers that we still had not received our 50 munchkins, three people started talking very loudly in our faces asking us multiple questions about said munchkins. It was overwhelming and extremely unnecessary. After spending $40, I am sad and disappointed that we couldn't have received better service and our correct order, made correctly. I hope no one else has to ever deal with this.

Don’t waste your time!nI have never waited 10 MINUTES at the intercom box. (not including the time I waited in line) I waited for about 5 minutes before saying “hello?” because I’ve never waited that long at any Dunkin’ Donuts before and thought maybe the speaker was broken. Then someone answered very rudely saying “one minute” and then I proceeded to wait an additional 5 minutes before giving up and leaving because I didn’t want to be late to work. This was a joke and waste of time.

They was okay just didnt have an everything bagel but the plain bagel was so fresh
