Excellent customer service and even when it's very busy their great teamwork gets you your order quickly. They do a great job at the Townsend DD in Townsend Harbor Ma.
I stopped for coffee at 7:45 on Monday June 6th. The window attendant had a mask on but had it pulled down below his chin. This is not only unacceptable it's illegal.
For the last 3 time's going in the past 2 months, around 3:40pm I have gotten nothing but attitude, swearing about my order and nasty looks, specially from the manager on duty. Today July 20th, 2020 around 3:40pm was the last time I ever go. My frozen hot chocolate was filled half way with syrup, along with being told we had to go through drive through and can't be in the lobby ordering, even though the doors were unlocked, and had masks on. We were told to go through drive through. I've been false advertised beyond belie about good drinks and hospitality. I would hope the higher-ups either correct them on their actions whether fired, retraining, or flat out fired. If I could give -20 stars I would.
Terrible service at this location staff is really rude and abusive,nnCostumer service it's the most important part.
