I never leave reviews about anything, but I had to leave one about the Extra Space in North Reading. From my initial call, I was treated with kindness and patience (this was my first time renting) and Susan on the phone was incredible with helping me get the right amount of space for all of my things. Then, when I signed the lease, I spoke with the Manager Melissa and she was so kind to me. The signing was done quickly over the phone! It was so convenient, and my things fit perfectly. I will definitely be using this Extra Space in the future.
Melissa was extremely helpful, calling me in October as we had discussed and arranging for my storage space. Customer service is key and Melissa was great!
