Laurie was great to work with. We had a very small space that she needed to squeeze our two person closet into- and she did it...with room the spare! She also helped us put together a pantry. With Closet Factory’s systems and design we are getting to use every inch of our house!

As our designer, Laurie Miller was a pleasure to work with. She listened to our needs and made the most out of the available spaces, so we really maximized the storage capacity of our closets. We loved her responsiveness and willingness to acommodate. Coordination of the project as well as the finished work were top notch!
Kaitlin was very patient with the to and fro of the communication of emails during the pandemic! She has been very helpful and proactive in getting the design put together. The installers have done a great job too. Am looking forward for my next project with Kaitlin!
