i had a wonderful first massage from sequoia! her technique felt strong and deep, but without any pain. she also took the time to answer my questions and discuss how i might set up my desk and home office to better accommodate my height and size. i know my computer time is contributing to the muscle tension i am experiencing in my upper back., and i appreciate the tips and insight she gave me. her warm and cozy space was delightful and did much to calm and relax me. i will definitely return.
Sequoia has years of experience in Swedish massage and in treating injuries. Her approach is calm and gentle. The office is immediately relaxing, and easily accessible. Would highly recommend Sequoia for a massage therapy session.

Sequoia Massage is by far the best massage therapist I know. As a sufferer of back pain with two prolapsed discs and a sporty lifestyle, regular massage is very important to me and the skill of the therapist is paramount.
