All the other one stars reviews are spot on. The manager has mental issues and is a thief. If you like to be verbally abused and stolen from this is your place. If not, drive to the next town. Were moving to California soon and its a very expensive move but this guy won't get a dime. I won't pay for his pathology.nHis response was to deflect. He runs uhaul. Uhaul is not the problem

I am tempted to open my own pool and spa store, just so that I can show how a pool and spa store should be. I have never been treated so badly in my life.

Not bad for picking up a few parts locally, they can look up older part numbers and cross reference them to get your spa packs back in shape. Pricing is as expected for local supplier, that being higher than online obviously but if they have your stuff in stock it makes it worth it.
