I experienced a last minute alteration to a hotel project and needed to get a new sample to the client within 4 hours from Bethpage to Brooklyn! I called 2 other Courier services in the area who had no drivers available before finding NTI Logistics. I completed an online quote and within minutes they had a rate for me. I was facing fast approaching deadlines both on the time left in day to pick up as well as to deliver before end of business day and Andrew succeeded with flying colors! I not only had a tracker online to follow, but NTI sent email updates as well as called to inform me of the progress every step of the way so I didn't have to. OUTSTANDING customer service that I would select every time. THANK YOU NTI for proving that attention to detail and exceptional service still exist!
Company scheduled same shipping company we had already requested not to ship to us twice. They also were not cooperative in getting us any sort of refund for a mistake that cost us thousands of dollars.
