So...since the Covid-19 pandemic, I see many changes in the store. The shelfs are stocked beautifully! The dressing rooms are closed. I felt very safe when shopping in the store. I always shop off-peek so weekday evening shopping is my go-to time. As always, friendly staff and great selection of home goods and clothing for the family!

If u like waiting in line for over 45 mins even on a Monday afternoon, this is ur place to go. The cashiers are overly pushy with the whole credit card thing, like please be quiet and just check me out if I wanted to credit card I would ask you about one. The store manager needs to do a better job with having more cashiers open and not worry about stocking the shelves I shouldn't have to ask for them to please open up more registers. I went there Saturday morning and customers were so mad as they were walking out of the store They were telling people walking in that there's an hour wait to check out. T.j Maxx needs to do better!

Very poor customer services. Made a purchase for a large furniture piece. All representatives were unwilling to assist was ignored by 3 cashiers before one reluctantly cashed us out.had this piece not been something my daughter desperately wanted I would of walked out

Long, looonnnngggg lines but it moved faster than i thought it would

Their selection is perpetually changing and there so many hidden gems (especially in the hair care/ beauty clearance section). The queue line is perpetually super long and takes forever. The racks and everything are always such a mess and things are often missing tags. Staff is okay, not particularly friendly.
