I rented a 16 foot truck for a day from this location, and I found that Nancy was quite helpful. I called on the same day of my reservation to see if I can get the truck a few hours earlier, and she was able to come through and get it for me.nnIt's been a while since I rented a vehicle, but I know that any rental agency will charge you an arm and a leg if you don't bring it back with the same amount of gas it left with. I actually forgot to fill the tank on the truck before bringing it back, but Nancy let me go on a quick fueling run before she took the truck in for return.nnAll the terms, conditions, and charges in the rental contract seemed pretty clear to me, and I didn't get hit with any surprises on the final bill. I did consider renting a U-Haul, as their up front prices were lower. But given the distance I was driving, the Penske rental was cheaper overall due to the differences in mileage rates. Plus, the Penske trucks appear to be better maintained.nnI would definitely rent from this location again if I needed a box truck.

The employees can misunderstand you pretty easily so you have to explain things multiple times but they help you out pretty quickly and are usually willing to help once they understand what you need.

I rented a 22' truck for 3 2/2 hours. Which they charge $29.99 a day, .99 cents per mile, environmental fee $2.00 ??, then Vehicle Licensing Recovery Fee $2.50 isn't that their responsibility of having your business, then Local Security Deposit $150, NJ Rental Fee which you think that's part of the rental for the day, then of course the tax. So my issue was that I forgot to refill the gas tank, which mind you I only used a quarter of a tank and drove only 27 miles. So for the gas they charged me $8 per gal. which came out to $48.80 . What the hell ud83dude21 isn't against the law to charge more than $3 a gal. And it was regular. Never am I going to forget to put gas. They rob you blind, because that's one thing they forgot to mention, I see why. Never again. U-haul next time. Everything was mentioned except for this. I was told to bring it back with the gas I used, but I forgot being that I was in a hurry. I did write on the envelope when returning the key, that I was sorry. Plus the two pieces of paperwork that I received does not have anything that mentions about the gas. The problem is why couldn't Penske fill it up with normal regular gas like everyone else, being the most would be $3 per gallon NOT $8 PER GALLON.
