Verrazano Moving & Storage

After many years on Staten Island, I decided to move out of state. One of the most important things you need to do is to get an excellent moving company. It is this team that will handle everything you own from the simple to the most personal things. I used Verrazano Movers because they were polite on the phone when gathering information from me and gave me a good price. We were lucky to have Victor and his crew move our belongings. They arrived on time, were also very respectful, and got EVERYTHING...and it was a lot...to my new home in perfect shape. They were patient too. The most important thing they had to move was a very old curio cabinet that my grandmother, who passed, had given me. They did so knowing the importance of this piece of furniture and they were skilled and knowledgeable about how to remove this piece and safely place it in my new home. They were great with everything. Victor and his crew worked so, so well together and you can clearly see the results from their teamwork. A million thank yous to Victor and his crew. To Verrazano Movers as a whole, thank you for holding such value for your customers. A very well run business!!

My husband and I had a local move scheduled for today, this was our first time using a professional moving company and we were completely blown away. We had a 3 man crew, arrive on time. Victor, Dave and Roberto were AMAZING! They were quick, efficient, professional and Courteous. We are so happy with how stress free our move went. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering moving! They are more than worth it!

I previously wrote a very lengthy review of my experience with this company and I now notice it has been taken down. I also notice another negative review that was written by someone else was also taken down. Think about that people, no one has all positive reviews, no matter how good they are.nI don’t know how they are managing to get these reviews taken down but I’m going to keep putting them up.nnI’m not gonna get as involved as I did the last time especially if they are going to take it down again, but I’ll give you the highlights.nnThey complained from the minute they walked in the door.nThey told me how much of a tip I had to give them $100. per worker. There were 4 of them plus another one they made come help them. Anything less than that was not acceptablennThey did not bother to read anything I wrote on the boxes referring to being FRAGILE. Put boxes marked fragile on the bottom leaving me with numerous broken items, including China and crystal given to me by my mother for my wedding in 1981. Survived 8 prior moves, but not this one. Broken glasses, pictures, etc.ndragged my mattress and got it dirty.nBroke my desk that was only two years old. Almost had to throw it away but my husband managed to save it with screws but it’s not the same, still wobbly and just not sturdy. Put a tear in my leather couch, a water stain on my chaise. And this just to name a few!!nnMy other review was so much better and way more precise, I just don’t have the energy to go through it all now. I don’t know why they took it down and I don’t know why they took down the other guys review either. But I would be Leary if anyone who has nothing but all positive reviews.

We used Verrazano Moving company this past weekend and had a great experience! Victor, Anthony, Roberto and Omar were great to work with making sure the move went as smoothly as it could for my family. They were extremely professional, took great care in packaging our items making sure their was no damage as they disassembled and reassembled the items. Items were handled with great care and made it a successful move. They followed safety protocols and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend the company especially the workers we had the pleasure of working with.

Victor, Roberto, and Danny did an awesome job! They were professional, quick, courteous and attentive! They made sure that all our items were handled with care as if they were moving their own belongings.Making sure that we all stay safe they arrived wearing masks and continuing to wear them during the duration of our move.
