I have recently rented a unit at the veterans rd west location in STATEN island. The attendant, Kelly, was extremely helpful and polite. She made the experience effortless with her explanations of the procedures and rules relating to the unit and location. She was able to put my mind at ease with her explanation of security features and procedures in place to protect my property. She was personal and friendly with my inquires and made the move in experience one to remember. I’ll will definitely recommend this location, and Kelly, to my friends and family.

Kelly was very friendly and helpful. She walked me through all the paperwork and showed me how to work the entry gate and the door lock.
Best storage facility hands down. It’s clean convenient and Affordable for all budget types. Kelly that works in the office is also very nice, friendly, funny and helpful. Always good conversation when you see her. Metro works with you. And they do do courtesy phone calls as well as emails. You can go there anytime of day or night and feel comfortable, safe and clean. Been using them for years and would never go anywhere else. I know my property is in good hands. Thanks Metro!
