Love this place! I came here pre covid and again after all covid guidelines were placed and both times it was extremely clean. They ask you to wait outside so they can sanitize the stations - they also check your temperature and everyone wears masks. Surfaces are sanitized several times while you’re sitting there too, so I felt very comfortable getting my hair done here. There was a mixup where I thought I was getting a haircut + balayage, but was only scheduled for a haircut. They were extremely accommodating and Melissa kindly stayed later to balayage my hair. Super appreciate the great service and response to the mixup, and Melissa is amazing as well! She balayaged my hair last year and I lasted the entire year without having to recolor since it grew out nicely. She is a very talented stylist and I always trust her recommendations!

Melissa is an amazing stylist and colorist. I saw her for the first time this week after moving here from MA. I came in with one thought of what I wanted to do. She listened to my request and provided some recommendations. I decided to listen to her suggestions and am so glad I did. People who normally would not comment in the past after I had my hair done were full of compliments this time. It really boosts one’s self esteem and so thank you Melissa! You truly are the best and you excel at what you do!

Melissa is amazing! I’ve been staying away from getting my hair professionally colored because several bad experiences. I told Melissa what I wanted and what I absolutely didn’t want and I left with exactly what I hoped for!! Love my hair!!

Had to sit in a chair that still had hair all around it, and the comb used in my hair was sitting in hair cuttings without being washed before used on me.nnAs I was explaining what I wanted to get done, my stylist (Meghan) walked away to check to her phone in the middle of my sentence.nnI went in for a lob that touched my shoulders. She mentioned something about the back of the cut coming up to my ear, and I said no, I wanted it longer than that. She said she wouldn't take it up higher than my hairline along the back of my neck. But when she blowdried my hair, it turned out to be 2-3 inches above my shoulders, right up against my chin. It's even shorter in the back--she had to shave some of my hairline. That was all in direct contradiction to what I asked for!nnOn my way out, the receptionist at the front desk loudly and repeatedly asked me how much I wanted to tip, and I had to tell her three times that I wasn't going to tip, since my hair is now ruined.nnI am so frustrated at what I experienced and what I have to live with until my hair grows. DO NOT go here expecting professionalism, cleanliness, or attentive stylists.
