Excellent visit to tour the facility and select what was ideal for my needs; Todd offered canny advice and experience which made this such a lovely and relaxing reservation experience. This was easily the best transition I’ve ever had into a new storage lease. Strongly recommended!!nnI returned two years later to move some of my stuff and keep the rest in a smaller storage space. Excellent service, highly recommended!

Excellent choice if you need storage space! This storage facility is clean, offers a variety of storage options, and provides great customer service. Todd was a thoughtful and friendly resource from the moment I started asking about renting space through to the moment I put the lock on my new rental. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I have used this facility for over 6 years. If you are looking to store your items, this is an excellent storage facility to use. The units are kept very clean and secured. The office management is friendly and go out of the way to assist you and assure your happienss. I have worked with Todd for a while and he is very helpful and a great person to work with. Gwendolyn Miller Charities, Inc. services the less fortunate in the city of Trenton and its surrounding areas. When someone need to donate their stored items our charity is contacted. When we receive the items, they are given freely to the less fortunate at our outreach events and sometimes if we are able, we deliver the items to their home.nnThank you for keeping the units exceptionally clean and secured. Todd was very kind and extremely helpful. I was looking for a 5x10 unit and he was able to guide me through the steps rather quickly. Very professional and customer friendly. I would recommend contacting Extra Space if you are in need of a storage unit.

My experience was awesome! I recently purchased a unit online and quickly wanted to switch to a bigger one. In one quick call I was able to talk to Todd who made the experience a breeze! Extremely polite and knows how to conduct proper business. I felt like an appreciated customer for the from the very start.
