I recently used flat rate and the service was great. The day of the move the foreman and team were professional and very organized. The foreman May and cooper to unload were the same exact way. Both were really great and helpful. I just overall great price, professional and very responsive. Good customer service and Brian was fantastic leading up to the move. Can’t say enough and highly recommend them.

The team of Cristian, Peter, Joseph and Vladimir were excellent. Hard working, professional and high quality work. Great at listening and provided a well organized move. My life a lot easier because of this Team. Highly recommended. Excellent Flat Rate / Elite service from start to finish. Will use them again.

Premium Cost for Subpar Service!nnIf you are looking to spend a big lump of money for some people to come to your home and begrudgingly thrash your furniture around and recklessly move your fragile items, this is the company for you!nnI never ever write reviews but was recommended by a close friend to go with FlatRate and have been so disappointed that I felt obligated to warn people.nnEverything went well until they had my money. The communication in getting the quote was comprehensive and quick... unfortunately the professionalism and quality of service did not live up to expectations (or cost) on the day it mattered. Movers were indolent, tense and made claims that went against FlatRate guarantees of service.nnMovers damaged 80% of our inventory. They broke a bed frame, bookshelf and stripped the screws on our reassembled furniture.nnThey offered to have a carpenter fix our damaged goods and we refused, as we didn't want to give them another opportunity to disappoint us. We have yet to hear back from them. Instead of rectifying the situation and doing right by the customer, they opted for radio silence.

Omar & Crew were AMAZING!! They not only moved my daughter in a timely manner but did it in a BLIZZARD! This is her 4th move w/ FlatRate and Nicholas her Salesperson has been with her since her first move in 2016. The price never changes and her stuff has always arrived in perfect order. They are a hardworking gracious team! Highly Recommend.

FlatRate was a truly great experience. Communication was amazing and frequent. The crew was great; on point and on time. We did have a small issue with a piece of furniture that was dissembled and reassembled; Consistent with everything else about the move, they easily arranged for a carpenter repair to me mad later this week. Great experience!! Highly recommended!
