Konnie and Hank were so helpful, concise and easy to work with. After paying for a unit online, I went to the facility later that week and felt that my unit was too small. On the spot, I requested for another unit. Konnie and Hank were knowledgeable and able to quickly give me access to another storage unit which was only 18 dollars more! The facility is in a great location, new, clean, easy to navigate and has plenty of parking. Great Facility and I highly recommend. :)

The employees at this Adam's street location were super helpful. Nisha was very thorough and patient with me, throughout the whole process and answered any question. Konnie was absolutely pleasant, professional and assisted when needed. A great leader, He was present allowed his staff to work independently but was ready to give assistance when needed. The facility was really clean during my tour I felt that my belongings would be secure and I didn't have to worry at all about recieveing good service. First impression was great I would def recommend this location.
Been renting a unit here for +5 months now and the service is outstanding! Konnie, Hank and Albert are very helpful, professional and they always greeting me with a positive attitude!
