Victoria was able to help us locate proof of purchase when we had to return a product that was not up to par on my daughter's wedding registry. Crate and Barrel products have always been some of my favorite things for over 40 years. My daughter was so disappointed with this one product on her registry that she wanted to return it and the Natick store was not helpful at all. Victoria (from the Chestnut Hill store) has restored our faith in Crate and Barrel! She was polite and intelligent, a great listener and diligently searched for what we needed and got back to us right away, just as promised! Thank you so much Victoria for going out of your way to be helpful and human.
