Danielle goes above and beyond with her work! I ordered a birthday cake and a dozen cupcakes from her and she never disappoints. The cake is perfectly moist and the flavor of the lavender was perfect!

I absolutely love the cakes and cupcakes from here!! Every year we get a salted caramel cake and oh my goodness it is delicious. The cake has the perfect density and chocolate cocoa taste and we sometimes add a layer of peanut butter cream, it’s so yummy! Don’t get me started on the cupcakes, they are the best flavors especially when you can get in the store on Saturday afternoons before they sell out. Seriously, you must try this place and the owner/cake baker is so nice.

I’m a pretty regular customer between popping in and also getting stuff for just about every holiday or get together I have at my home. I consistently recommend this place for how good it is. Unfortunately a few weeks ago she did my wedding cake. When it arrived I was getting ready and didn’t have time to look at it or talk to the owner. The cake was not what I anticipated, it was the wrong color due to the wrong frosting flavor Salted Carmel when it was supposed to be vanilla bean. My mom reached out via email and she didn’t have a solution just a “sorry” and admitted it was a mistake on her part from reading old notes and not the updated contract. Although she openly admitted to the mistake she did not offer any reimbursement. The cake all around didn’t really look much like what we had talked about or pictures I had given her. I was hugely disappointed. I wasn’t able to enjoy my cake due to the change in flavor never mind the fact if somebody was allergic. For photos it wasn’t the best looking cake and appeared very thrown together considering the price. I anticipated ordering my husbands birthday cake in February but since this situation I feel I will go elsewhere. Below are photos of my cake and what I had envisioned and given her.

Danielle is amazing and very talented!! I purchased my wedding cake from her and she had the most incredible flavor combinations, 10 months later people are still telling my husband and myself how delicious our wedding cake was (And obviously, it was gorgeous!) I have recommended The Wicked Sweet Sugar Boutique to everyone, my best friend has ordered two milestone birthday cakes from her as well and they were so good too, I wouldn’t expect anything less! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I have purchased cupcakes, decorate-your-own cookies, gluten free cupcakes, festive cake pops, and macarons from this store - all have been exceptionally made and delicious! Danielle is warm and friendly and offers great customer service. I would recommend this bakery to anyone, whether they are after a delicious treat or a specialty cake for a wedding or event. One of the best bakeries in NH in my opinion!
