Jenna was so friendly and helpful. The rental was fast and I was given a great rate. I spoke with Jenna over the phone first and she answered my questions. I feel great about renting here. I would recommend Cubesmart to everyone. Jenna has excellent customer service skills and was great to work with!
I loved my experience working with Jenna. She was so kind and understanding and went out of her way to help me get a storage unit. She understood my needs and gave me exactly the what I was looking for. I found a similar storage unit company equal distance from my house but it was Jenna's customer skills that made me chose CubeSmart.
The whole process took very little effort and it was super easy to cancel as well. The units were very clean and accessible. Honestly, I would use CubeSmart again. I’m only giving it four stars because I received numerous emails (multiple per day) to give them a review. Other than that, it’s really a great place to store your things.
Very curtious staff who personally walked me to the unit i would be renting and made certain i was satisfied. Took less then ten minutes from start to finish. I was given a code to enter the gated grounds and feel good my property is safe.
