My husband and I went in for a couples massage (my portion was prenatal) and had a wonderful time! We both felt so comfortable and relaxed! We can't wait to go back!
I bought a Groupon for 3 60 minute massages. They extended the voucher when Covid hit. It now expires 10/27. I have called Massage Bliss 3 times and left a message that I want to schedule a massage or I'll lose the voucher. I have not received any phone call back from any of my 3 messages. I even sent an email with no response. I will be reporting to the BBB. I want a refund if you are failing to allow me to use my vouchers.
Booked a couple's massage a couple months in advance of going and confirmed the booking the week of the appointment. Everyone I talked to was friendly and communicative the whole time, I made sure to detail what I wanted from the massage based on the sheet given at the beginning and when the therapist asked me. We got to the appointment early to fill out the work sheet and our cheese and crackers+champagne were brought out promptly. I loved the space! It was small but comfortable and peaceful. The space for the couples' massage was upstairs in a nice, quiet area that was even more comfortable than the first area! That being said, the champagne+cheese and crackers is separate from the massage but we still had over an hour for the massage because we got there early.nnMy boyfriend and I both agreed we had gotten the best massage we ever had at Massage Bliss. They take their positions seriously and welcome any feedback before, during and after the massage. The pressure and techniques were exactly what we were looking for based on what we had asked for. We both can't wait to treat ourselves to a couples massage here again!
Purchased a Groupon and Booked an appointment, got a verificatIon email and everything. When we arrived the location was closed and no-one picked up the phone even though the hours listed they were open AND WE BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT. Very unprofessional. I understand emergencies come up but if that was the case they should have notified us instead of making us drive all the way there for nothing.
I’ve gone to Sarah, for over 5 years, and she never disappoints. Out of all the massage therapists that I’ve seen in my life, she is the best by far. She uses different techniques to essentially detox your body/muscles/connective tissue (she can explain it better than I)! ud83dude01 Everytime I leave, I feel like I’m floating! Bonus: she has the best smelling lotions, oils, and salt scrubs, and the massage room is beautiful and relaxing.
