I am very disappointed with the moving service of this company. I want to share my experience so that people think about it very well before hiring them. I hired this service 1 year ago, I had hired the service for 8 am and they arrived at 12 pm, luckily the two people who gave me the service were able to do the job well and in 2.5 hours. Yesterday, 1 year later, I had the service contracted (I scheduled the service more than 2 weeks in advance). They started the service almost an hour late, I requested the service of 2 people (same service and items from 1 year ago). They finally sent 4 people, it took them 4.5 hours to complete the service. It took people 1 hour to disassemble a bed frame (4 people), then it took almost 2 hours to assemble it in the new place, as I felt they were confused, I offered to use the manual of the bed frame and they told me they didn't need it. After 4 and a half hours, to move a 1-bedroom apartment, with 4 men, they charged me double what I paid in 2019. After paying for the service, I started to fix everything in my house, I was working Until late, when I was finally able to go to bed, it turns out that my bed was incorrectly installed and the mattress fell off, taking into account that it was the only bed I have, and that I had paid for almost 3 hours of service to disassemble and assemble that bed, you can imagine what I felt. Most worrying of all, the customer support of this company. Today, first thing in the morning, 7 am, I called and spoke with the Manager. I explained my situation and dissatisfaction with the service, and he told me that they had other services scheduled today and that at the end of the afternoon someone would come to fix the bed frame. I emphasized to the manager, that it did not seem to me that I had to wait until 5 pm, since I had already paid for a service, a bad service, more than 500 $ and I had no guarantee that someone would come, he indicated that they would try to get someone and that they would call me. Indeed, around 9 am today, the person in charge of scheduling services called me and indicated that someone would come fix the bed between 12 - 1 pm. It is already 3 pm and nobody has come, they do not answer the calls and I am still with the damaged bed, the only bed in my apartment, with a baby at home and with the annoyance of having paid a very bad service. I feel robbed. I hope this doesn't happen again and I really think about it very well. Updating : Mr. Chris, was here on Sunday, and was the person who was able to solve the disaster of the service he had received. My bed was very badly assembled, many screws were lost and they left it like this ... until now I did not receive any calls from the company nor did anyone contact me to talk about what happened. I paied 3 hours for a poorly done service. I thank Mr. Chris for his attention, I think it is the only thing that is worth in that company

Update! Byron and Carlos were outstanding workers best in the company can't wait to have them back when I move to my new home!! Thank you guys so much!! Definitely recommend your company to anyone, see you guys soon!! Used a second time to move into my place. Was still great. Thank you

The move went really well definitely will be calling you guys back when my new home is finished getting build thanks again.

Me and my family just had Tru movers over and they came and completed our move for us in just under 5 hours like the original quote thanks again and they are truly the best.

Update- THE POSTAL SERVICE HAS REPORTED THEY ARE USING A FRAUDULENT VACANT ADDRESS AND REFUSING MAIL. THEY INGNORE ALL COMPLAINTS AND WAIT FOR CUSTOMERS TO SUE THEM BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING REGARDING DAMAGES. MAKE SURE YOU FILE WITH SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR ALL PROBLEMS, REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, REPORT TO STATE LICENSING BOARD, AND FILE DISPUTES WITH ALL CREDIT CARD COMPANIES. Update - SINCE MY PREVIOUS POST TYLER AND LARRY HAVE REFUSED TO ANSWER OR RETURN PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, OR TEXTS. LARRY BASICALLY SAID THEIR ATTORNEY TOLD THEM TO IGNORE COMPLAINTS. IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY JUST KNOW THEY DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE, IF THEY DAMAGE OR LOSE BELONGINGS THEY WILL IGNORE YOUR PROBLEM UNLESS YOU SUE THEM. 2 months ago we received damaged property and property was missing at the destination location. We even have a solid wood desk top that apparently was laid on the ground and walked on as it has boot prints all over it. Since then Larry and Tyler made some initial promises they would "fix things" but nothing has been done and now they are ignoring all communications. They change emails and phone numbers to avoid customer complaints. They told us they were sending out an adjuster and it turned out to be one of their manual labor employees posing as an adjuster. They told us and it says on their website that they are insured but they are not. The insurance adjuster and company they told us does not exist. THEY ARE NOT INSURED AND DO NOT MAKE GOOD ON THEIR PROMISES TO REPAIR AND REPLACE PROPERTY.
