Went there with my girlfriend and while I was in the drive through everything was fine, they took our order and she drove up to the window. As soon as we got there, the window opened and my girlfriend went to give the employee (short haired, smaller lady) the payment when the door shut in her face as she said “Give me a minute”. Still everything was fine up until she came back for the card and said “We need another minute or two for the hash browns. I figured I’d tell you because you look awfully impatient”. I have no idea what my gf did wrong, she literally greeted the employee with a smile and her money after she was already speaking rudely to us, and then she was called impatient for that....? Bad service nine times out of ten. I also kinda wish they wore gloves but it’s whatever.

Order is never right. Coffee tastes like warm milk (sometimes sweet and sometimes not). The food is stale and gross. Just go to Starbucks.

Incredibly annoyed with the poor service. We were the only car in drive up and the lot was basically empty. Not only did we have to repeat our order 3 times we also had to wait at the window for 10 minutes before they even acknowledged us. When we finally did pay and get our food they gave us an incorrect order (we ordered 1 sandwich, a box of munchkins, and two drinks so not even anything complicated). Unfortunately we were in a rush, hence drive through, and had no time to correct it.

There is a lot of negative feedback on here, however I had great service all weekend. I’m stuck waiting to deliver Monday. I’ve got coffee twice and my coffee was fresh and the cup was full! The food was fresh and the way I ordered it. The staff has been friendly. So either I got lucky or the other reviews are out dated. For a truck stop venue they were good in my book. The one lady working was super nice.

They literally put water and caffeine together and gave me “”what they called a coffee and forgot the Carmel in the coffee too
