This place is phenomenal! Best cakes I've ever ever had. But most of all frosting that is out of this world!!! I had another cake from there not to long ago that I loved so much vanilla with raspberry and vanilla bean frosting. But the one in this picture makes me feel like I'm eating cake made in heaven. Yes I know that sounds laughable but it is by far the most amazing cake I've ever put in my mouth. It's hazelnut with raspberry. It's just perfect! It's delicate, not cloyingly sweet. The hazelnuts on the outside seem slightly sweet, and nice and crunchy.nnThey always have a few cakes of different kinds when I go into the shop and the super nice girl working the counter takes the time to tell me what each one is and answer any question. Their work is so beautiful as well. The have the most charming Easter bunny cake in the case right now.

My wedding cake was beautiful and delicious! So many people told me not to spend a lot on a wedding cake. Jacques work is worth every dime! They worked directly with my florist to incorporate real flowers and my guests were amazed at the beauty and design.

I’m sure by the pictures the cakes would be great; however, they wouldn’t answer the phone during regular business hours. I left several messages on the answering machine a week in advance and no call back. I shouldn’t have to chase a business. It would be professional to post something concerning your staffing or inability to take additional orders at this time. Listen, If you need someone to come answer your phones for you I’m free. You can get my phone number from the message I left on your answering machine. This is unfortunate seeing that the reviews are great.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. We used them for our wedding and have absolutely no regrets. The customer service (Tom specifically) is top notch and of course the actual desserts are amazing. They worked with me for my bridal shower and our wedding and we got so many delicious flavors. They used our cake topper for us as well. I couldn't be more thrilled with our decision to use Jacques for such an important day.
