We need more people in this world like Daniel! He was so polite and helpful. He truly made my day! He was so understanding and patient, never interrupted me, went over things with me in detail to make sure I understand what was happening or what we could do moving forward. He truly had an impact on me as a person and made me want to give off that same experience to my costumers! I can’t not express how grateful I am for Daniel!
Easy to access location, good rates. Staff was professional and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend.
Extra space storage Poor customer service.
I didn't know they bought out the old company.
I got a voice-mail stating pay or they will lock me out of my storage.
Due date for rent was the 10th.
I tt a very rude man.
He said pay now on the 4th or consequences. "Confused" I ask what's going on, he asked if I was a safe harbor customer then started with his snippy ignorant attitude.
I definitely do not deserve this.
I have had enough problems with mice eating my pictures and water leaking through the roof ruining important my stuff.
I will be clearing out my storage and moving.
Do not fall for new paint trick.
Stay away from this place.
I think that is a very well run storage facility. I have had several over the years and this is one of the best. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful! They were always doing things to improve the facility. I would recommend Safe Harbor to anyone looking to store things safely for a reasonable price!
Safe Harbor is professional, secure and organized. My experience with their staff was always pleasant. I had to go in to move things many times and it was always secure and clean. I appreciate their level of professionalism and urgency to any situation. I moved my things out recently and it was a smooth and friendly transaction.
