Arrow moving and storage was so easy to work with. I knew from the start I didn't want to work through a massive broker from all the bad stories of going that route. They were the only company that would actually come to my place for an accurate estimate without having to jump through multiple hoops and what felt like pulling teeth with other companies. They priced based off of weight vs. hourly. Our estimator - Ethan - was extremely friendly, realistic, and no pressure. Our assigned move coordinator - Barb - was on top of everything from start to finish. The included insurance added peace of mind, and they were on time for both departure and arrival for our move from Utah to Illinois. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well. Definitely plan to use them in the future as needed.

I was present at the pickup at UNIQUE DELIVERIES (Brooke Marrelli) today. I am a Design Professional and Arrow Moving and Storage is my warehouse and install team. They are organized, ethical, and projessional in their business. Today was no exception and the review of Unique Deliveries is completely false. The owner of Unique Deliveries, Jeremiah Wing, is the most unethical business person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. ARROW MOVING AND STORAGE OF UTAH IS AMAZING!!

The packing crew did a very good job, Raquel did an awesome job and did not forget anything and had great attention to detail. The moving crew did an amazing job. James is an awesome mover and was very respectful to my family. He deserves a raise!

If you're looking to work here, please read before applying. Hi, are you looking for back breaking work and long hours? Well you'd be looking in the right place. My work experience here was just terrible, I only lasted one day because it was so bad. During my first and final day I was paired with another new guy and Jeff our Boss who was nice, but not very helpful a lot of the time. Yes I understand he had some things to do, but to leave so often with two new employees trying to figure out what he wanted and how pack the truck was just annoying and frustrating. And to lift 50 - 70 lb boxes after box with no help was exhausting and hard on the back. I'm very surprised they don't have any Dolly's to assist with moving boxes or even supply lifting belts to take some of the strain off of your back. But nope, just pure man power and a compressed back to go with it. Oh and the best part was not getting any breaks or a lunch. Just a quick breather then right back to work. If you don't like getting screwed over and hurting yourself in the process. Then this isn't the place for you. Thank you.
