I go here daily and have been for the last 2 years and they are pretty good with getting my order correct.always very polite..some days and time are slower than others but we are only human..this is my favorite coffee shop period...

Used to be a quick and efficient dunks. New owner/management sucks and 9 times out of 10, my coffee is missing something or has way too much cream. Not to mention I now spend on average 5-10 minutes waiting in the store sometimes for a single coffee order. I understand they get a high volume of customers, but it certainly doesn't seem to be getting any better in terms of service speed with them having that knowledge. Seems to cause a lot of stress on the staff, which in turn can lead to them being unintentionally rude to customers.

Placed my order mobile pick up. Got to the store and can see my order on the counter but the front door is locked. I try to call the store and someone answers and then hangs up on me as soon as I start to speak. Since I placed the order for pick up, I don't have time to sit in the drive thru and can't figure out how to get my order refunded if no one will answer the phone.

This dunks has issues they argue with customers and are slow at getting drive thru taken care of. I stop at a dunks every single morning i get a medium ice coffee an x large hot and a large hot cup i dont mind paying for. Except lately this dunks has been messing my orders up and giving me attitude about my large hot cup, if your getting paid for the cup just give me the cup your still making your money!
