The newer younger male kids working here are terrible at their jobs clearly the management isn’t watching over them because they clearly don’t know customer service or how to make simple drinks and put more ice after I asked for less ice, just petty. Boo to you, do better. I worked at dunks before and never had such a shyt attitude and demeanor.
Placed a large order via the Dunks App. I was greeted when I walked up and my complete order was ready to go. Sandwiches and coffees were all correct and delicious. One of the workers even held the door for me to leave which I was appreciative of as my hands and arms were full.
They are always open and always get it right. Staff is super friendly.
I get it’s in a gas station, but man this DD is one of the worst. Wrong ring ups, terrible service, and I can’t count the amount of times I’ve walked out the door and has the lid to a coffee pop off and burn my hand. Only at this location. But hey, they’re in a gas station and it’s convenient, but maybe just skip it.
On 6/28/20 at Address: 103 Broad St, Nashua, NH 03060 there were 3 people with no mask working the drive through. I said, why even have a mask around your chins? It's useless. They did not care for my opinion or the safety of others. The lady said o well they cannot hear me in the drive through. Filthy pigs.
