There’s this lady who works there at night, who wears a modified mask that doesn’t cover her mouth. She’s handling food like this during a pandemic.

The morning crew is the best, very welcoming and fast. I’ve had an issue with the afternoon shift person working she is awful never gets my coffee right and when I ask for it to be corrected she rolls her eyes at me. I go out of my way and go to another dd just to prevent dealing with her. Today I stopped by after work not thinking about her since I had not been there in a long time. As I walked in she was not wearing a proper mask just had something covering her nose. But what tiked me off the most is that she received an Uber order as I was walking in. There was no line behind me and she told me I had to wait until she was done with her Uber order. I thought it was something quick. She walked over to make sandwiches instead of assisting me with one iced coffeE: i walked out very annoyed and am planning on reaching out to her manager

This DD has wonderful customer service. I just switched DD’s recently and I’m really happy I changed to this location. Hsu has been a delight! She is so patient and positive. It’s really nice to go to a place where the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our coffee’s have been great but the GREAT customer service really matters to me.nI look forward to going to this DD now each day. Hsu thank you for being such a ray of sunshine!!!
