The storage facility is very clean and easy to access when heading northbound on Redwood. There is little traffic in the site and navigating the the area is easy. The units are well lit and are clean when I first arrived. Easy to get a hold of management for any questions and helpful! Would recommend for anyone seeking a place to store their belongings. ^^
Debbie is such an amazing woman. She helped answer all my questions and calm my nerves about availability and pricing. She was very thorough and listened to me. Extra space gets 5 stars for hiring the right woman for the job. Thank you Debbie for making my day alot easier and thank you extra space for helping my house a little more spacey.
Wonderful customer service, and large affordable units. The only drawback is the periodic price increases and the late fees, however if you talk to them about issues they are willing to work with you.
Registered online and received a call helping me walkthrough everything that I needed to get it set up easily and quickly. Braden even had some suggestions on the unit and the contract as well.
Highly suggest using them.

We were misled by another storage place & had nowhere to go, we had a 26’ truck that we needed to unload & no place to unload it.
I called Extra Space Storage, before they were open, then we just drove over & met Tammy just as she was opening the office.
Tammy was so kind & professional (especially where she had just opened up) She walked us to a perfect space, made the process so quick & simple with signing the paperwork & we were able to unload & get the rental truck returned.
