I love Dunkin's and this is the closest one to me since I moved to Newton. I keep giving them a chance to make a coffee that is not terrible and again and again it is a fail and I have wasted money and time at this location only to have to go to another nearby Dunkin's. Please train the employees at this location to make a proper coffee as instructed. Also, have ordered hot chocolate at this location a few times and it tastes VERY different from other locations and I swear the staff member here is just taking a pack of Swiss Miss and putting it in a luke warm cup. Love you!
Best Dunkin' that will mess up your order. I used the mobile app to put in my order:nLarge Cold Brew: Cream & Liquid SugarnnWent to pick it up and the coffee was black. After raising the concern, the person behind the counter looked at it confused, and handed me 3 creamers for myself to put it in.nnSince there was already an issue with the coffee, I wanted to clarify if there was liquid sugar in the coffee. They assured me that there was.nnThere was not....
Love Dunkins but messed up order
Ordered a latte and got a iced coffee. Then he wanted to charge me for both the coffee and the latte when i pointed to and asked for the caramel craze latte. Was extremely rude about it. Then wouldnt make me any food. Told me donuts only. Horrible service.
