We arrived at this place for a meeting. my friend recommended this place. Well, we were not disappointed. the crew were so friendly and we felt fantastic. The meal was yummy. We loved this place a lot and we will definitely return to this restaurant. We recommend this place to all.

This is the worst Panera restaurant anywhere. We are loyalty coffee club members. This location doesn't have decaf coffee made and they get angry when we order it. There is never decaf iced coffee, and they have to ask the manager before they will even pour hot decaf over ice.nTonite we arrived at 8:51 and asked for decaf. They told us they were already closed. The store hours posted close at 9pm.nAsking them to pour tea over ice is an enormous ask, they fuss and won't do it. As this in in my home town, I am very disappointed. Before the chain was sold, there were no such issues.nCovid has affected all Panera restaurants but this is the only one we visit that is so substandard. They don't even try and the managers support this attitude.

Want to give this location a huge shout out. The place was slammed for lunch due to a power outage further down Needham street resulting in a lot of other lunch options not available. There were a lot of customers waiting and not being the most friendly to the staff. The staff was incredibly professional in dealing with these customers and consistently got food out and were nice to everyone. I hope this location made a lot of money today and that the staff knows what a great job they did.

Today was a snowy cold day, and my husband and son pick me up and took me to Panera Bread , we had soup and a bread bowl it was delicious also a flatbread new on the menu it was great 5 stars will definitely go back.Fresh food was delicious.

Really enjoyed the new pizzas they offer and I really enjoyed speaking to the Cook who puts them together who really loves his job
