As many Dunkin Donuts locations... Around 3pm they are all out of the best donuts, however the staff is nice enough, and the orders are usually filled fast. However the last 3 times I've gotten Iced Coffee, the cup was overfilled and leaked coffee all over my console. Keep my car spotless and is a brand new car so is nice to get your money's worth, but not when it entails a mess to cleanup.

Went as a group and ordered 5 toasted bagels with cream cheese... and requested the bagels to be toasted well... again requested the person preparing the order to toast the bagels well and add good amount of cream cheese... she simply nodded her head and went ahead preparing it... none of the bagels were toasted properly, they were just half toasted and none of the bagels had the right amount of cream cheese. Would not recommend this place or go back here again.
I had gone to the west Lebanon dunkin donuts, then the Lebanon dunkin donuts and both my machiattos tasted like sewage. I finally went to this one to get it remade and the lady not only made it perfectly, but was also very kind and waited for me to try it before I left to make sure it was good. Best machiatto I've had in a long time!
Waited 15 minutes for 3 coffees inside. 3 workers. Kept saying they will be with me in a minute. I had 5 people behind me in line. Once they finally took my order waited 10 min and he asked what I was still waiting for! Uuggh never going to this one again.
